Open Meeting Topics:
1)
Announcements were discussed, as per Amroth’s docket point: “discuss current announcement system and hear feedback from community”
We’d like more input from Amroth on his docket point to continue this topic.
2)
Bob suggested that we use @here for pre-event announcements, and only use @everyone when the event actually starts.
3)
We can and need to add more server emojis.
Some ideas for the process:
- Just have an admin add them as we find new emojis
- Create a temp channel with a pool of emojis to sift through
- Use the Hall Of Aptitude to allow people to post their emoji ideas
BWG (Bacon-Wrapped Goldfish) was voted as an official emoji, but was shot down once again by our overlord’s programmer.
4)
We need to host more game nights now that we’re heading back into summer.
- Monty has requested a weekly Among Us night via DMs.
- Jackbox Party Pack nights were mentioned post-meeting.
- Bob discussed making an announcement asking for game night ideas.
