General Support Guidelines
- If you have come across what you believe to be an error or bug with either one of our game servers, TeamSpeak server, website, or forums, or if you have a suggestion on how they can be improved, please post it in the Feedback & Bugs forum.
- If you have a suggestion or a comment about The Christian Crew as a whole, or if you simply have something nice to say, post it in the Feedback & Bugs forum.
- If you witnessed a player on one of our servers breaking our rules report him on our SourceBans website.
- Please do not request unban on the forums. Please use our SourceBans website to request unban.
Reporting a Troublesome CC Member
- Please do not report bad behavior by CC members in open forums!
- If you believe a CC member has been misbehaving, report him or her directly to a Council Member. Having a demo, or some sort of proof will help.
Reporting Admin Abuse
- Please do not report admin abuse on open forums!
- If you believe one of our admins is using his or her admin wrongly, report him or her to an Admin Advisor. Having a demo, or some sort of proof will help.
