I have created a new poll: “How do you receive updates from The Christian Crew?”, it can be found on the bottom of the blog’s sidebar. This poll is pretty straight forward. Basically I’m looking for how people are primarily getting updates, and what areas we need to concentrate on.
By updates I mean official announcements being made from The Christian Crew.

It has been one month today since we launched the new website. That means our first poll has come to close and the results are in. In total there were (roughly) 64 people who voted, and I’d have to say that if the results are any indication, then our new website is here to stay awhile. Have a look for yourself. (more…)
The Christian Crew needs your help.
We haven’t received many donations in the past few months; as a result, we will be about $300 short of the $1,980 we need to pay our data center in September to keep our servers online.
If you enjoy playing on our servers, we ask that you donate a little bit to help keep them running. We need to receive around $150 in donations each month to keep the servers going (this includes our payments to the data center plus a reserve for hardware repairs/upgrades/etc.). Even small donations are helpful; to put this in perspective, if 30 people can donate $5/month, then we will meet that goal.
As most of our CC members celebrate Independence Day today, I would like to encourage everyone to stop and thank God for the country that we live in and for the freedoms that we have. In many countries, Christians are oppressed and tortured for their belief; we sometimes like to complain about how things are going in our country, but we know nothing of true persecution and suffering.
For those who may not have noticed, on the right sidebar there’s a poll. I hope to be able to have a new poll each month, displaying results from the previous, etc.
If you haven’t yet, go vote and tell us how you are liking the new website!
Also, I would like to gather some ideas for future polls. Are there any questions you guys are just dying to know how the rest of the community feel about? Make some suggestions. Polls can be related to CC, gaming, the Bible/Christianity, whatever.
